Administrative Assistant

Description: We are looking for an exceptional administrative assistant with demonstrated professionalism, a true desire to be the right hand person and develop a professional partnership with the business owners. High energy, can do attitude, flexibility, confidence and the ability to interface with clients and co-workers in a professional, approachable, and positive manner is a must. You are a fast learner, have excellent communication skills, strong computer skills and are extremely organized with attention to detail. You will be working in a fast paced environment with interruptions and short deadlines. This is not an entry-level position. Real Estate license preferred or motivated to become licensed.
Requirements:
* 3+ plus years of administrative support experience, preferably in a fast paced and challenging environment.
* Ability to accurately keyboard at 50+ wpm.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook is required. MS-Publisher & Quickbooks Pro experience highly desirable.
* Excellent grammatical, editing and proofreading skills required.
* Excellent organizational, filing, and prioritization skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication skills.
* Administrative training in business, office administration strongly desired.
* Ability to make solid business decisions, problem-solve, and multi-task in a highly dynamic work environment.
* Proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity.
* Ability to work in a team setting and conduct and present oneself in a highly professional manner with both internal and external clients and personnel.
* Proven ability to set priorities and work independently with little or no supervision.
* Ability to receive and provide constructive feedback on work performance.
Salary: Paid hourly. Initially $34,000 – $40,000 annually based on experience.
Hours: 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday to Friday.
