October, 2009. While we have successfully helped numerous home owners in the past two years avoid foreclosure, we decided it was time to invest the time and money to become even further educated by becoming certified as Distress Property Experts. Last week we both earned our Certified Distress Property Expert designations! This allows us to provide a higher level of assistance as we continue to help distressed home owners avoid foreclosure, as well giving us greater credibility when interacting with the various lending institutions on behalf of home owners when it comes to a short sale.
If you know someone facing a possible foreclosure, or looking at doing a short sale have them contact us. For most homeowners foreclosure should be avoided if at all possible due to future ramifications – foreclosure is not their only option.
