If you happened to be over near Pleasanton’s Staple Ranch earlier this week, you may have noticed bulldozers and other very large earth moving equipment. The much awaited Stoneridge Creek Continuing Care Community is now under way with ground preparation for this multi-million dollar construction project.
The first residents should be moving in around the spring of 2013.

We can also look forward to subsequent developments on the Staples Ranch property which also include plans for a retail center and also a neighboring 160 store outlet mall that was recently approved by the city of Livermore.
